Returns & Refunds

At Caravan Essentials we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll put it right.

30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they're unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.

Your right to cancel (UK)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and then have 14 days to return the goods. This is in addition to our 30-day window above.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll arrange a full refund or free replacement, including any return costs.

How to start a return
Email caravanessentialsstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for our reply with return instructions before sending anything back.

Refunds
Once we've received your return (or proof of postage for faulty items), we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, used personal or hygiene items can't be returned unless faulty.
