Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship
We ship across the United Kingdom, and to the United States and Australia.

Shipping costs
UK: FREE on every order.
United States & Australia: a flat £5.99, however much you order (shown in your local currency at checkout).

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time
UK orders: typically 7-15 business days after dispatch.
US & Australia orders: typically 10-20 business days after dispatch.
Please allow a little longer during busy periods and around public holidays.

A note on how we ship
Some items are sent directly from our supply partners to keep prices low, which can mean slightly longer delivery than a high-street shop, but you'll always get tracking so you can follow your order.

Customs & duties (international orders)
Any import duties or taxes charged on delivery to the US or Australia are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delays
Occasionally carrier, customs or weather delays occur that are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email caravanessentialsstore@gmail.com and we'll chase it for you.
